The Heritage Inn is a Great Falls classic, I have been staying there with family since I was a child. It's conveniently located, has good service and the rooms are clean and nice. The ****** has a nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of menu options and lots of sports on tv screens.

I appreciate they are working to make this an even better place after new management took over. Everything was clean, and the pool was in great shape and such a nostalgic throw-back to my childhood. Hotel was a little dark and dated but they are making changes, so I’m giving the hotel a 5 for progress-in-the-making. The bed sheets could be a little softer, fitness center could use some free weights, and perhaps a bigger guest laundry or add another guest laundry on the other end of the hotel. Would love to see the rooms surrounding the pool all get an update on the outside with the whitewash on the brick and lighten things up with neutral colors and new lighting where needed. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The sausage links were awesommmmme in the continental breakfast and good scrambled eggs which we appreciate!

Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. The girl was especially nice and gave us places to visit, eat, etc. She recommended the restaurant in house, which was so good. My daughter actually asked to eat dinner there both nights, which we did.

Breakfast is good option. No hot tub anymore, which they do not say on website. Our room was really old and tired. Even the hallways need new carpeting. Our room card for the door would not work. Had to keep swiping 20+ times to get to work. Went to office to get it rekeyed and they just gave us an alcohol wet wipe/card to clean the lock, which did not work. Very frustrating. Too many other hotels in the area to choose from, so we’ll be choosing another. Too bad because we’ve been staying there for 25 years.

Staff was wonderful. I attended Montana Synod ELCA Assembly. Banquet meal cost $50 each and was mediocre at best - chicken breasts were dry, potatoes bland, veggies a tad undercooked. Salad was great, rolls were great, dessert was AWESOME!

I stayed here in June 2025. Comfortable place, nice staff, decent restaurant attached to the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful in sharing directions. WiFi was not great, asked the staffabout it ans they were not helpful. Room was clean, parking was nice and comfortable. Overall I would recommend it

very friendly staff. rates are high, but better than comparable competition. keep them that way. Since covid, rates have doubled, if not more in most hotels, but yours have stayed reasonable. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very nice.

I stayed at the Heritage Inn for three nights to attend a Conference. My room was clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The food provided for the Conference was delicious. Even though my room was on the first floor near the ice machine, it was quiet.
